21st Oct was the last day Citylink operated. I'm gonna miss that unit. That place fills with good memories, the toilet incident, my good neighbour who always drop by asking for a cup of ice...hee....And oh not forgetting the infamous rendezvous...hahaha... in the early morning... Shall not elaborate here...mampus siak..!!

Anywho, I went to CityLink right after my shift at Taka to help out. Unplugged the POS system and packing them. Of course packing other things as well though not that much...hee...

I think it's gonna be our yearly tradition of visiting. The same group of people plus minus some.
It's loads of fun and oh boy..do we eat a lot... 7 houses in total, only one place did cook which is good cause I don't think I can handle any more input minus the output.

A little disappointed cause few couldn't join us due to "stupid" reasons. Quote from Reez, Shall not talk about it. As usual la, updates and gossiping is a must..!

I missed the way I use to write - Singlish....

Aiyah...okay la... Anywho, while on the way to Reez's place, Ian suggest to go to fabulous on Sunday. Since it's been a while we go clubbing, so why not...
Apparently when we reached our 5th place, it was still early and Reez suddenly suggest that we go Play.
Without hesitation, most of us say yes...

We had our annual chalet for Permanent and Temporary staffs held at Aloha Loyang. We book a bungalow which has 4 bedrooms, sexy right??... I like..!! I was one of the committee member, as always - Food Department.

This year we had a special guest cum observer from Hong Kong - Amelia. She's the one beside yours truly...with my forever signature pose... ;)

Preparing the BBQ, actually started liao.... I was busy cleaning and washing the Stingrays... apparently someone forgot to buy some lemons for us to clean the fish.... Anyways, I used loads and loads of salt...


The elders are busy killing the crabs for barbecue...hee... using tongs to hold down the already tied crabs which by the way have no way of running away let alone attack them with its tied claws... Very dramatic...

Have you ever been in a situation whereby you're on your way in moving forward emotionally AND physically and suddenly someone from the past just appear out of nowhere?

This is the situation that I'm in now.

In my previous post, I write about this friend of mine who suddenly appear after lost in contact for a very very long time....
Actually, there's 2 guys involved and let's just categorize them as K and L.

Last post is about K. Divorce with a kid but he stays alone. First and foremost nothing happen when I met K at the park. It's just that I'm a little confused, shocked and furious... okay okay...how about 30% confused, 30% shocked and 40% furious....

Like Reez said, I was actually taken aback when K appear but not towards L. L was a little pleasant...Nooohoo...It was great..! I like it... I'm drifting...anywho...back to K...

I'm angry because of all the silence treatment that I received and he stopped all contact and disappear to Australia without a single word. What's so difficult about saying goodbye... Just Bye bye.. that's it...! And suddenly...Poof.!! Calling me and waiting for me at my block... with a blank look...as if nothing happens....

I'm so over this... I don't wanna be the last resort kind of friend or fling... Call me when you want it....

So The over....

And now L kept running through my mind, I simply couldn't forget that night.......OMG.! ....ARgh..!

It's 11.30 pm and my phone rings.... I look at the caller ID and something about the name on the screen shocked me. It's been a long long time and I thought that he had forgotten about me. My lips went dry and my voice suddenly turned husky...

Me : Hello....??
Him : Hi..!! It's me..! Remember me??

Me : (Clears my throat) Hey you..! How you been..? It's been a while...
Him : Yeah..It's been a while... Listen, You free.? NOW... to meet ??
Me : Meet..? Now.?..... Where..?
Him : Look out your kitchen window..

My heart pumped like a drug addict beating the drum , walked to the window, there he was standing at the carpark beside a blue van, waving and smiling at me...
The phone still stuck to my ears...

Him : Hey...baby......
Me : Hhhheeeyyy...... Hey.... erm.... give me 5 minutes....

I quickly change and out the door down the stairs with my heart pumping harder, panting and hard to breathe.... I suddenly stop on the last step and hesitate for a moment... What am I thinking, rushing my way to him... He left without saying anything, no goodbyes, no call...
And then, suddenly out of nowhere there he was standing at the carpark.....waiting for me... ;>
My silence moment was cut off by his footsteps walking towards me.... stunned as I am think I didn't blink at all....

I'll never forget that smile..... He took my hands and hold them gently. We exchange Hi and he pull me closer and hugged me.... Goodness... A tight hug......

Him : How I missed you... You never change a bit...
Me : Thanks... (under my breath) Miss you too...
Him : Let's get out of here..... We got a lot to talk about.....

Off we go to his van and to our usual spot, the quiet west coast park........
